Cancellation Policy

At SkyFrame Solutions LLC, we deliver stunning aerial photography and videography to elevate your real estate listings. Please review our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled drone shoot will receive a full refund, less a 5% processing fee to cover administrative costs.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot will incur a 50% cancellation fee to account for reserved flight time, airspace approvals, and pre-production efforts.
• Cancellations after the shoot has begun or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Weather-related rescheduling is offered at no additional cost, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange.
